Culinary Federation launches chef's website

The NSW chapter of the Australian Culinary Federation has cooked up a website which it hopes will become an online forum for Chefs from around the state. The website has information and photos about the recent Sydney Culinary Challenge at the Fine Foods show, a bulletin board for chefs to post to as well as info pages on the site.

Webmaster Shane Brierly, who also holds down the role of executive chef and food and beverage director at Sydney’s Quality Hotel, said the site would soon have profiles of NSW chefs, recipe tips and articles on everything from oils and cheese through to hygiene and the use of native foods.Brierly encouraged chefs and other industry members from around Australia to participate through the bulletin board, or by sending letters, opinions, recipes and other information to mailto:acfnsw@iinet.net.au.
