Under the latest agreement, with Ramada International Hotels & Resorts, part of the Marriott chain, BDL will open a 150-bedroom Ramada Encore hotel in Park Royal, west London, in April.
Another Ramada Encore will follow in Swansea, possibly in April as well. Two more Express by Holiday Inns are also in the pipeline, one in Newport and the other in Bedford.
The Ramada Encore hotel will include a Wok Around the World restaurant and a Hub bar and café.
