Starwood sells two properties for £65m

US chain Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has sold two of its non-branded hotels, the 310-bedroom Baltimore-Washington International Airport Marriott and the 272-bedroom Courtyard by Marriott Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia.

The $104m (£65.4m) sale is to Orlando-based firm CNL Hospitality Properties, which is also in advanced negotiations with Starwood to buy a majority stake in two other hotels.
