Rezidor SAS Hospitality has taken over the Four Seasons hotel in Berlin. The deal will see the five-star property operate under the Regent flag with immediate effect. The move will also bring €2.5m (£1.72m) of investment, including the addition of a new restaurant to the 204-bedroom property.
