The Park Hotel in Montrose, Angus, was sold by RGIT Montrose through agent Christie & Co for an undisclosed price. It follows the purchase of the Swallow hotels announced back in July in a deal valued at £57m.
RGIT Montrose had run the Park as part of its safety and survival training business. It has agreed a contract with the new owners to accommodate its delegates.
This latest deal confirms London and Edinburgh as one of the UK's most acquisitive hoteliers.
